What is GIT? (Group Interval Training)

The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.

This gym and the people who work there are the best I have ever found. I enjoy every class and every instructor. the concept of pick your class and pay for what you use is perfect for me. I can manage all my classes for times that work for me from my computer, phone, and IPad. It's genius. Also, the workouts are tough and challenging, You are working out at GIT FIT, not walking from station to station. I highly recommend GIT FIT to anyone who truly wants to reach their weight loss, muscle building, endurance, and toning goals.

I love working out here. There is a different workout every day and it really keeps me motivated. There are all different types of people who come here with different fitness levels and you can work out at your own levelz. If you want you to you can also monitor your progress there by taking body fat tests. I've been coming here for over a year and have seen that I have increased my endurance and decreased my body fat. I would definitely recommend this gym.

The workout was fantastic and I really liked the instructor. My only complains are a) the per class price is too high. Should be between $12-15. b) it was a hot day and the instructor turned the air on when we arrived but left the door open - very hot!
