The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.
The workout was fantastic and I really liked the instructor. My only complains are a) the per class price is too high. Should be between $12-15. b) it was a hot day and the instructor turned the air on when we arrived but left the door open - very hot!
I have been going to GIT for five years. Classes are innovative and effective at improving endurance and strength. Almost every workout is a new one so one does not get bored. The open circuit program is my current favorite. Teachers are well-trained, friendly and able to offer modifications as needed.

Love this place! No where else have I found that I can get a full hour workout and really feel like I've worked out for an hour. Even though you're working out with a small group (which sometimes is only 4-6 people) it feels like you've got personal training experience ie: someone pushing your butt to work harder.

Fun challenging and always changing workouts that provide a full body workout ! All the educators are amazing and. Very knowledgeable. Great and clean atmosphere with high energy and music.

I appreciate the instructors enthusiasm and passion for fitness instruction. I also like the small class sizes, which allows for individual instruction as well.
Plenty of equipment, variety of workouts and friendly staff are all outstanding factors as to why I am a loyal patron.
I hope they open one more north west!!!
