The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.
I just LOVE GIT. I love everything about IT, from the trainers, to the workouts, which are always different, to the music selection! The trainers are friendly and hands on!! Always making sure you don't injure yourself during the exercises by correcting your form as need it... They are also great in giving informative suggestions on food choices or outdoors activities! The workouts are always different but equally intense, You never leave feeling you didn't get the best out of it,,, Great, great gym!!

GIT FIT is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The classes are challenging and well paced and the trainers are all excellent providing variety, skill, and instruction. If you are looking for a work out to take your body and goals to the next level, this is the place. I recommend GIT FIT to alll my firends and anyone interested in changing their bodies or maintaining an atheletes conditioning.

Great people and a serious workout. A tough hour that never seems to get easier which is the way you want it.
I like that they offer an early 6AM class so I can get in for my workout and not think about it the rest of the day. The workouts aren't easy which makes them fantastic and worth your time. I'm using the new member two week special and I'm loving it so far. I know I'll continue to take classes here after my two week trial is over.
GIT is a great workout. It offers classes that workout the entire body. You sweat, you get stronger and you feel great afterwards. I also love how easy it is to find parking and the location is good.
There are two kinds of people in this world. Those that love cardio and those that hate it. I'm in the "hate it" category. I love weight training but dreaded those awful cardio machines. There was only one way to get over my cardio issues so I started to look for a place that would combine strength training and cardio in an easy going atmosphere that worked well with my schedule. I found GIT online, signed up for the 2 week special and never looked back. That was six months ago. It was exactly the cardio/weight training balance I was looking for. Matt and the other trainers I've taken classes with are very skilled and involved during the entire session making sure everyone is using correct form. Each time I go it's a different workout so I never get bored. I always leave sweaty and satisfied. The gym is very clean and well maintained, something that is high on my list when trying new gyms. The music is always good and the limited class sizes help each person get a little more individual attention. I am really, really happy I found this place.
Fantastic place to work out with a variety of classes. Excellent fitness professionals in a fun environment. Never gets boring every class is different. All the classes focus on strength training, cardiovascular workouts cooldown great stretching. You can't go wrong!!
